Green Business Leaders Convene in San Francisco for 7th Annual Green Business Conference

Nation's premiere green business event helps businesses go green and succeed

San Francisco -- Co-op America’s Green Business Network brings its seventh Green Business Conference to San Francisco, November 12-13, 2008 at San Francisco’s Hotel Whitcomb. The conference runs just  prior to the Green Festival, November 14-16, which is the largest green consumer event in the US.  The conference offers a plethora of speakers, workshops, business-to-business networking, and numerous green marketing opportunities.

This year’s theme focuses on how to grow and build an authentic green business. Will Rosenzweig will highlight best practices for growing successful green businesses by developing strong partnerships with investors.  Learning From the Leaders: Roxanne Quimby, Founder of Burt’s Bees and President of Happy Green Bee, will deliver a keynote as will Tracey Pettengill Turner, Founder and General Manager of MicroPlace, an eBay micro lending program.
