Fair Trade Resource Network
FTRN seeks to improve people’s lives through Fair Trade alternatives by providing information, leadership, and information.
FTRN gathers, develops, and disseminates educational resources to people and organizations interested in the movement to
build a more just and sustainable world through Fair Trade. Their website includes a database of fair trade events by region, downloadable fair trade teaching kits, recommended readings, and films and a resource page.
A nonprofi t organization, one of 20 members of Fairtrade Labelling Organizations International (FLO) and
the third-party certifi er of Fair Trade products sold in the US, TransFair USA offers a search by ZIP code on
its Web site for locating stores and cafés that sell Fair Trade Certifi ed™ products near you.
Fair Trade Labeling Organizations International (FLO)
FLO is the leading international association that develops Fair Trade standards. FLO assists over 632 producer groups in
gaining and maintaining Fair Trade certification.
Fair Trade Federation
The Fair Trade Federation is the trade association that strengthens and promotes North American
organizations fully committed to Fair Trade. The Federation is part of the global Fair Trade movement,
building equitable and sustainable trading partnerships and creating opportunities to alleviate poverty.
