Seeds to Sew International

Cloth gift wrapping bags, Maasai jewelry and other handicrafts made by women participating in our programs in rural Kenya.

Seeds to Sew International, Inc. is a member of the Fair Trade Federation, a US-based, 501(c)3, non-profit organization with the mission of improving the lives of women and girls in disadvantaged communities through education and job skills training. Our goal is for the women and girls in our programs to use these job skills to earn money and to support themselves and their communities. We sell products made by our participants, such as reusable gift wrapping bags, beaded Masai jewelry and handmade crafts made out of banana tree, sisal, grass and other natural materials and sell them on world-wide market. All net proceeds go directly to the women who made the products (sewing) and pay for school fees and other school related expenses directly.
