Joining the Green Business Network
How can my business join the Green Business Network and apply for Green Business Certification?
Join the Green Business Network here. Upon joining, you will receive an email confirmation and instructions on how to login to your personalized Member Dashboard. Access all your benefits, apply for Green Business Certification, and update your information anytime.
If my business does not qualify for Certified Membership, can I still maintain my membership?
Yes, we offer many benefits for your business that you can access outside of earning your certification. After you join, you will receive access to all membership benefits including our Green Business Certification assessment. We encourage you to apply for certification when your business is ready.
What is the difference between Standard and SRI Membership?
SRI Members are financial professionals, banks, and institutions in the socially responsible / impact investing field that provide financial services. Standard Members include all other businesses and organizations.
We are a nonprofit organization. Can we apply for membership?
Nonprofits can apply for membership as a Standard Member. Please contact us for more information, including how you can secure a discounted rate.
Can businesses outside the United States join the Green Business Network?
We welcome international members. Please note, not all discount and benefit programs are available to international members. Check with individual benefit providers regarding eligibility.
Can any kind of business join?
We do not allow businesses to join that sell or offer products and services involving tobacco, gambling, weapons, and/or military defense systems.
How do I access certification, discounts, and all my membership benefits, and update my business information?
It’s easy! Log in to your personalized Member Dashboard to access all your benefits, apply for Green Business Certification, and update your information anytime.

I forgot my username and/or password to access my Member Dashboard.
On the login page, click "Forgot Username / Password" to reset your information. Enter the primary email associated with your membership (where you receive emails from us). If your email has changed, contact us for assistance to update your information and provide Member Dashboard access.
How do I participate in webinars and in-person events?
We announce upcoming webinars and events on our website and via email to all our members. Members can view select past webinars through the Member Dashboard.
How do I join the Facebook Group?
If you’re a member of the Green Business Network, we encourage you to join our Facebook Group. To join, log in to your Facebook account or create a new account on Facebook. Then go to the Green Business Network Members Group and select Request to Join. We’ll respond to your request promptly during business hours.
Please note: You can only join the Facebook Group from a personal account. You cannot join the group as your Business Page. Once you’ve joined, we welcome you to start with an intro that links your business page if you already have a social media presence on Facebook.

How do I advertise with Green America online and/or in print?

How do I update my listing on GreenPages.org?
Log in to your personalized Member Dashboard and click "Update Public-Facing Member Profile."
How do I obtain a mailing list of Green Business Network members?
We do not sell, rent or share our Green Business Network member list with third parties.
