The Green America Business Network (GBN) is the business membership program of Green America. The mission of GBN is help socially and environmentally responsible businesses emerge and succeed.
Responsibilities
The Renewal Caller position will contact via telephone GBN members in the current renewal cycle and lapsed members to solicit dues payment.
Hours and Supervision
This is a position is a temporary position that will not last beyond 142 hours. The renewal caller will work at the Green America office, Monday thru Thursday. This is a 32 hour per week position until the 142 hours is reached.
Qualifications
- Clear speaking voice.
- Comfort with spending long periods of time on the telephone.
- Prior telemarketing or sales experience highly desired.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently.
- Sense of humor.
